Instructions for Asset Movement in the Book-Entry Environment

1. 1) Mandatory documents completed and signed on all pages by the Current and New Investor and, as applicable, by the spouse, guardian/curator, or legal representative. The signature may be physical (with notarized signature authentication) or electronic (by sending the certificate issued by the platform – for example: summary attached to the signed document).

   • Registration Information and Documents of the New Investor and update of the Current Investor, as applicable, indicated below.
   • Documents proving the powers of the signatories of the forms and declarations
   • Declaration of Tax Responsibility of the Transferor in the Transfer of Book-Entry/Registered Assets – signed only by the Current Investor.
   • Applicable Transfer Form (Donation, Sale, Causa Mortis (inheritance))
   • Request for Transfer of Assets under Same Ownership (Deposit and Withdrawal) - If the asset is held in custody at a central depository and needs to be withdrawn from the Clearing environment for movement in the book-entry environment and subsequently deposited again in the name of the New Investor.
   
   

   Observations:

   1. 1) All documents issued in a foreign language (including English) must be translated by a sworn translator.
   2. 2) All documents issued abroad must be:
      • notarized (signature authentication by notarial officers)
      • and consularized/legalized (if the countries of origin and destination are not participants of the Hague Convention) or apostilled (if the countries of origin and destination are participants of the Hague Convention).
   3. 3) Assets are not divisible in half, meaning they can only be divided into whole numbers (for example, there is no 0.5 share, debenture, fund share, etc.). If the transfer does not result in a whole number, the beneficiaries (heirs, donees, etc.) will need to provide authorization for the remaining assets from the partition to be transferred to a specific beneficiary who is on the list of heirs, donees, etc.

3. 3) Service deadline. The deadline for processing the transfer order is up to 2 (two) business days from the receipt and validation of the complete updated documentation of the Current and New Investor. For cases of assets in centralized deposit where deposit transfers or withdrawals to accounts of the same ownership of the Current and New Investors are necessary, these must be carried out within a maximum of 7 (seven) business days from the receipt of the complete updated documentation of the Investors, pursuant to article 21, item IV of CVM Resolution No. 33/2021.
