This is the formal procedure for transferring assets (portability) belonging to the same Investor between different Custody Agents (banks, brokers, or other duly authorized institutions). The process requires that the ownership of the assets remains unchanged throughout the entire operation.

The following are the applicable procedures and legal deadlines:

It is essential that the Investor's registration information is up to date at Oliveira Trust.

Examples of impediments to the completion of portability include, among others:

• I – Lack of information or documentation required for portability.
• II – Indication of fraud or irregularity in the request, such as cases where there are significant discrepancies between the request data and the Investor's registration data.
• III – Failure to indicate the custodians or intermediaries of origin or destination, or to indicate the accounts maintained with such service providers.
• IV – Unavailability of the securities subject to the portability request due to:
  • Court order blocking;
  • Use as collateral for operations;
  • Pending completion of the settlement cycle of operations; or
  • Existence of a position in a forward contract or securities lending in the process of settlement, renewal, or position change.
• V – Debit balance in a current account in the Investor's name at the intermediary of origin.
• VI – Discrepancy between amounts to be transferred and securities balances held in the Investor's name.
• VII – Destination custodian or intermediary not being able to hold in custody or intermediate certain securities for commercial, operational, or similar reasons.
• VIII – Destination custodian not being a participant of the central depository where the securities will be held in custody after the portability is completed.
• IX – Processing of a high volume of concurrent portability requests by the custodian or intermediary of origin, compared to typically processed volumes.
• X – Portability requests related to transfers not regulated by CVM Resolution 210/2024.

The Investor must verify the procedure for requesting custody transfer to Oliveira Trust (assignee) with the Custodian of origin (assignor), which will execute the portability command and must notify us of the request within 1 (one) business day.

Oliveira Trust will need the following documentation to accept the custody position transfer:

• A) Historical information about the securities held in custody or intermediated (position and movement files for the period during which custody was maintained at the agent of origin), such as: quantity, acquisition price, unit price, rate, and movement date, according to the characteristics of the securities.
• B) Copy of the documentation sent to the Custodian of origin (assignor).
• C) In the case of fixed income assets (public or private issuance — debentures, CRI, CRA, commercial notes, etc.): purchase notes of the transferred assets or a declaration in which the investor informs the acquisition prices and assumes responsibility for such information. This request has a tax purpose and is essential for the implementation of the custody service.

The document must be completed, signed, scanned (with notarized signature authentication) or electronically signed (by sending the certificate issued by the platform — for example: summary attached to the signed document) and sent to the email custodia.rf@oliveiratrust.com.br, along with the other documents necessary for the implementation of portability, including the power of attorney and the articles of incorporation/bylaws for validation of the signatories' powers.

Oliveira Trust, as the Custodian of origin (assignor), must receive the portability order directly from the Investor through the STVM form.

The form must be completed, signed, scanned (with notarized signature authentication) or electronically signed (by sending the certificate issued by the platform — for example: summary attached to the signed document) and sent to the email: custodia.rf@oliveiratrust.com.br.

The STVM form must be filled out as follows:

• Assignor Identification: fill in with the Investor's data and institution of origin (Assignor – Oliveira Trust).
• Assignee Identification: fill in with the Investor's data and destination institution (Assignee).
• Person Linked to the Institution – Custody Agent: check "Yes" only if there is any link with the destination institution (employee, family member, etc.).
• Indicate the assets to be transferred: in the "Value" field, leave blank for Variable Income and fill in with the acquisition price for Fixed Income.
• Reason for Transfer: select "Same Ownership at Another Institution".
• Place and Date: include place of residence/headquarters and date (day, month, and year).
• Agreement of the Assignor Investor's Institution: do not fill in.
• Supplementary Declarations for Income Tax purposes: do not fill in.
